Actual WordPress integration

I have talked a bit to @benwiley4000 about this but I am not exactly sure what the best method would be. 
 
Ideas:

- Run this node app on a server
- urls to game jam game pages provided by a user in a blog post on wordpress
- some type of sorcery where node app reads those urls and replaces the blog post with it's output html
- profit
