Weird shadow / lighting issue #267

Description
Hello, I recently had an issue in both alchemy and FS so I'm thinking it may be a graphics issue but I'm unsure as I've had no update to my system and this just started happening like..yesterday. It started as odd shadows forming on my avatar to large portions of avatars having the same weird issue. Sometimes its only on Legs,sometimes faces,sometimes hair- but not over the entire body at once. Sorry I've never reported a ticket before,and I searched using keywords "shadows" and "textures" and "lighting" and did not get anything related in the Bugs threads
Reproduction steps
To be Honest I don't know what to even type here. I just logged in one day and It was like this. No changes to my system were made and no settings were changed in SL [FS or Alchemy]
