After user get registered send confirmation email #141
Description
Expected Behavior
After the user registered on Sing for Needs, we need to send a confirmation email to the email he/she registered with to be fully sure, the person is not using someone else's identity. This will be easier with OAuth later.
Current Behavior
We don't send confirmation emails currently.
Possible Solution
A possible solution would be to use Amazon AWS' Simple Email Service using SMTP.
