Adding boolean value to user accounts for newsletter sign up #140

Expected Behavior
As we currently have the option to receive newsletters we should have a boolean value on the user account to register if someone is signed up for the newsletter or not. Later this will help us with email marketing. The default value should be false, with the option for the user later to change.
