ROI does not refresh on channel change. Channel state does not reflect properly to 2d

• When changing the channel in the 2d the ROI's don't get reflected onto the area detector 2d

• When a channel is not able to connect, the state of the area detector still udates to a connected status and does not reflect it was not able to connect. Start and Stop buttons might be controlling the state text
