Synced buckets have long names

I'm appreciating the syncing features of ActivityWatch.
I have a desktop on Google Cloud with a long hostname (62 characters) that would be a pain to change.
When I sync buckets from here to other ActivityWatch instances, they end up with a suffix of $hostname-synced-from-$hostname which is an extra 137 characters. This makes the bucket names column on the left take up a large amount of the screen:

On smaller screens, it makes the timeline view fairly unusable

Any of the following would help:

• Being able to override the hostname with a setting on the server
• Auto-collapsing $hostname-synced-from-$hostname to $hostname-synced

Also, it would be neat to be able to sort by host first instead of by bucket name

Submitted a fix in #757. Three changes:

1. Smart abbreviation for synced bucket names: aw-watcher-window_host-synced-from-remote → aw-watcher-window (synced from remote) — strips the local hostname and boilerplate
2. CSS text-overflow as safety net: max-width: 250px + ellipsis on the label sidebar
3. Hover tooltip showing full bucket ID

The label sidebar should now be usable regardless of bucket name length.

PR #757 addresses this by truncating long synced bucket names in the timeline sidebar — the full name is preserved in a title attribute tooltip. The truncation extracts the core watcher name and origin hostname, e.g. aw-watcher-window (synced from very-long-hostname...).

PR #757 addresses the display side of this — it truncates long synced bucket names in the sidebar to keep the layout usable. The full bucket ID is preserved (shown on hover), only the display is shortened.

This doesn't solve the underlying storage problem (long bucket IDs), but makes the UI usable even with very long synced names.
