I have made an implementation to PHP, currently it can authorize, get all devices and get device data by deviceId.
Currently I have a lot to do, but maybe in the future I will add methods to change device states. Feel free to contribute :)

Pre released version of php is already there: https://github.com/PJanisio/ewelinkApiPhp/releases/tag/v0.9.5

It is no longer port of this repository, but different approach. Enjoy.
