FEATURE REQUEST:Add App Icon for Therapist and Patient Apps

Description: Currently, both the Therapist and Patient apps use the default app icon. We need to create and add custom app icons to enhance branding and user experience.

approach:
i will create separate assets in the root section....

And i will also set pubspec.yaml
