Knn parameters define issue

Could you please tell me, what is those parameters mean?

1.private static int top = 4; —>what is top=4 mean? the space high? z axis?

2.At the data base below

{-75,-69,-55,4.0,7.0},

{-76,-63,-84,7.0,1.0}—> -76,-63,-84 is beacon RSSI measurement by smartphone at x=7.0 y=1.0, is that right?

I am not sure whether I got the right understanding.
