DCAF - Improvements for Docker/Insomnia based setup

#21 introduced a Docker and Insomnia based setup for the DCAF that is described here: https://5g-mag.github.io/Getting-Started/pages/ue-data-collection-reporting-exposure/tutorials/docker-with-insomnia.html

This setup was showcased in the 5G-MAG Reference Tools Call on April 25th. Based on the feedback during the call the following remaining Todos were identified:

• Document the ports in the Docker Compose file. Which interfaces are exported under which port: @dsilhavy
• Create a an illustration showcasing the architecture similar to https://github.com/5G-MAG/rt-5gms-examples/tree/development/5gms-docker-setup: @jordijoangimenez
• Run the h/2 server that receives the communication reports with a static port to avoid the requirement of copy/pasting the port manually @dsilhavy
