CorrectBot: Maintain outdated / fuzzy status of translation units #110
Description
Translation units can be outdated. This is indicated by a !!FUZZY!! marker, see e.g.
[Translations:Hearing from God/12/es](http://localhost:8082/Translations:Hearing from God/12/es)
When CorrectBot does a change here it should make sure that the fuzzy marker remains so that it is still shown as outdated when a human user looks at it later.
