Improve documentation on the different tools #106
Description
The README has only 1-2 lines on each tool. Actually there is already more documentation at the beginning of the main script files:correct_bot.py, translateodt.py, resourcesbot.py
Add that documentation to the README / maybe introduce separate information files on each tool? Extract this documentation into our (still-to-be-defined) online documentation?
