I got the ban emailHello @hangaraku, On behalf of the GitHub Security team, I want to first extend our gratitude for your continued use of GitHub and for being a valued member of the GitHub community. Recent activity on your account has caught the attention of our abuse detection systems. This activity may have included use of Copilot via scripted interactions, activity of a deliberately unusual or strenuous nature, or use of unsupported clients or multiple accounts to circumvent billing and usage limits. Due to this, we have suspended your access to Copilot. While I am unable to share specifics on rate limits, we prohibit all use of our servers for any form of excessive automated bulk activity, as well as any activity that places undue burden on our servers through automated means. Please refer to our Acceptable Use Policies on this topic: Please also refer to our Terms for Additional Products and Features for GitHub Copilot for specific terms: Sincerely, |

I am so sorry to hear this. Approaches like this always carry some risk, especially when they rely on sending additional requests in unconventional ways to increase usage. Please try to appeal and let us know, this could be a mistake on their end. To better understand the how it triggered, could you share more details about your setup and workflow?
More context will help determine to help us avoid this suspension In the meantime, I will add a warning in the README to make users aware of the potential risks of using TaskSync. |

Heads up for everyone. I just got suspended from using TaskSync (via the extension and custom agent). It works really well. I could do 15 plus iterations from a single premium request (Opus 4.5). Honestly, I even felt a bit scummy using it.
I guess it triggered some kind of spam detection. Now I cannot use Copilot at all. It asks me to contact support. When I try to view my billing in GitHub settings, it also tells me to contact support. RIP my account.
I am currently in the process of contacting support, but me posting this probably will not help the process, but it is okay, for better or worse.
