Bluetooth Service Not detectable by other devices

I have enabled permissions, set up virtual bluetooth service, which is said to be running. but cannot detect the bluetooth network on any devices such as laptop, iphone, etc. similar to https://github.com/402d/Virtual_POS_printer/issues/1
