Summer 2025 Code Clean Up

TODO list:

• Set dependencies correctly to minimized the need to manually install things
• Check that all dependencies are needed and if any can be made optional
• Add ability to run from local data instead of just pulling from optics website every time
• Convert run script to an example and move somewhere more accessible
• Simplify the process of generating lookup tables (if possible)
• Do something more permanent with the skymap file (if possible)
• Create options for which output files/plots are produced
• Check metadata for output files (low priority)
• Create a command line version that runs off a config file (low priority)
• Clean up how file paths are handled
• Create a interface to run a single inversion
