Update launcher to version 3.0.1 and improve stability

Bump version to 3.0.1 in package.json and app version handler. Improve analytics initialization with error handling. Enhance connectivity and maintenance checks with timeouts and offline mode fallback. Refactor Microsoft authentication to load config and library dynamically. Update recent versions logic to track loader type. Fix various UI and process handling issues, improve crash report localization, and switch OptiFine downloads to CDN. Minor bug fixes and code improvements throughout panels and utilities.
