[Bug] 对话中AI调用MCP工具时传错参数后会直接中断对话

Problem Description

如标题所示，查看源码，是被改动过了，改动的提交是7ec4e7cef fix: Mcp error raise，之前调用mcp工具返回错误后能够读取错误，修正参数后继续请求，现在对话直接中断失败。AI本来就会很大几率传入错误的参数，这么一搞之前的应用都受到影响，请问这个改动是出于什么考虑呢？

This issue is caused by a behavior change in the LangGraph framework upgrade, and is unrelated to the 7ec4e7cef commit. The new version of ToolNode updated its default error handling strategy, which affected how business exceptions thrown during tool execution are processed. We will release a compatibility fix in a future version.
