ExpirationDate & IssuanceDate missing in @context & schema #601
Description
ExpirationDate is mentioned in the spec 21 times and issuanceDate is mentioned 34 times. However, neither property is mentioned in the most recent @context: https://purl.imsglobal.org/spec/ob/v3p0/context-3.0.3.json
This is causing safe mode validation issues.
These properties are also not in the schema.
It's true that validFrom and ValidUntil replaced these properties in VCDM 2.0 but it was decided to alias the older properties for backwards compatibility. If the group agrees that instead the older properties should be retired, they should also be removed from the specification documentations.
