This is a notice to the folks listed below that a mostly-complete draft of the tutorial is available at https://pages.18f.gov/unit-testing-node/. If any of y'all would like to subscribe to or participate in any of the technical issues listed in #21, please feel free to do so.
And in case anyone is wondering, yes, it works on Windows (provided Node.js, Ruby, and Git are installed).
